As potential employers of our staff, you can have confidence that our selection criteria is very exacting and as a result we only employ an average of one person for every five applications we receive.

As part of our recruitment process, all of our staff are thoroughly interviewed and referenced, and will have received an Enhanced CRB clearance. All new staff undergo a training needs assessment when joining us, with NVQ and continuous development programmes (via BILD when appropriate) in place for all those that require them.
Our thorough quality control process ensures that each member of our Care Team undergoes regular performance reviews and we in turn hold periodic service reviews with our clients to ensure that our exacting standards are maintained.
