Training in Care - Care-Ability Training Ltd
At The Care Division we encourage our employees to participate in a wide range of subjects to enhance their skills and to comply with Continued Professional Development throughout their career.
As an organisation, we are committed to delivering training that not only meets the Government's mandatory requirements for the National Minimum Standards and includes the Common Induction Standards, but will also enable support workers to develop their skills to higher levels, such as NVQ.
Our wholly-owned subsidiary care training company - Care-Ability Training Ltd - now provides all of this training on our behalf.
Training is carried out "in-house" at our shared offices in Poole,near Bournemouth, Dorset and Southampton, Hampshire, where we have the facilities to train up to 12 care workers at a time.
