Training
At The Care Division we encourage our employees to participate in a wide range of subjects to enhance their skills and to comply with Continued Professional Development throughout their career.
As an organisation, we are committed to delivering training that not only meets the Government's mandatory requirements for the National Minimum Standards and includes the Common Induction Standards, but will also enable support workers to develop their skills to higher levels, such as NVQ.
Our training is carried out "in-house" at both our Bournemouth and Southampton offices where we have the facilities to train up to 12 people at a time and although it is targeted at our own workforce, we are very happy to take on the training for local care organisations too.
