- Field Care Supervisor
- The Care Division are looking for a senior member of staff for our community care team. You will be responsible for assessing care packages, risk assessments, supervisions and monitoring of staff and spot checks. You will liase with the office team to coordinate new care packages and assign staff where appropriate. You will have at least 2 years experience in care at a senior position, with both Learning Disabilities and the elderly. Ideallly you will have experience of risk assessing and have attended a training course however this is not essential as we can provide the training.
Salary: £18,000 basic + on call payments (OTE £20k) | Apply
