Based from our offices in Bournemouth and Southampton, The Care Division are specialist providers of support staff to those with disabilities, who live in the Dorset and Hampshire area, and are registered with the Commission of Social Care Inspection. You can view our latest CSCI report here.
As you will see from our website, we are able to supply staff who are trained to assist with any type of disability, but our particular focus is on helping those with Learning Disabilities live happy and rewarding lives as part of their local community.
We are uniquely focused on supporting those who have a range of Learning Disabilities, with wide experience of supporting those within the Autistic Spectrum range. We provide direct 1 to 1 support to many individuals living in the community as well as to large organisations, including the Hampshire Autistic Society and The Wessex Autistic Society as well as our local authorities and NHS Trusts.
For individuals, or family members, who are seeking care for themselves or their loved ones, we can help by working with you to develop a Person Centred Plan and then by sourcing appropriate care staff to meet those specific needs. Whether for occasional assistance, respite cover or 24/7 high dependency care, we can help.
For care organisations we can help with both short term staffing cover as well as the appointment of permanent staff at all levels.
For those people looking for work in our areas of care we can help by finding you full-time or part-time roles in a variety of interesting and rewarding posts.
Whether working with our clients in their own homes, in community homes, at schools or in respite centres, we understand that speed of response and the resources to provide trustworthy and reliable staff is fundamental. Our support service is dedicated to matching these needs 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
