Based from our offices in Poole, Dorchester and Southampton, The Care Division are specialist providers of support to those with disabilities, who live in the Dorset and Hampshire area, and we are registered with the Care Quality Commission.
As you will see from our website, our staff are trained to assist with any type of disability, but our particular focus is on providing a supported living service for those with learning disabilities throughout Dorset and Hampshire, helping them to live happy and rewarding lives as part of their local community.
Learning Disabilities Domiciliary Care Providers
We are uniquely focused on supporting those who have a range of learning disabilities, with huge experience of supporting those within the autistic spectrum range. We currently provide direct 1 to 1 support to over 100 individuals living in their own homes in the community, who have a wide range of needs. Some of our clients with complex healthcare and social requirements are supported 24 hours a day and others receive just a few hours of support a week, to help them in various aspects of everyday living.
The majority of our work is directly commissioned by local authorities or privately through an individual’s Direct Payments, but we are also proud of our extensive work to support individuals in collaboration with other providers, including the Hampshire and Wessex Autistic Societies as well as our local authorities and NHS Trusts.
