Male Personal Assistant - Supported Living, Bournemouth: Male Personal Assistance required full time, working varied hours, to support two males living in a supported living home in Bournemouth. Our clients need support in their home to assist with domestic duties including cooking and cleaning. Support to access the community is essential so a driver would be preferable. Staff need to be encouraging adn inspirational as support will be very much delivered in a person centred way reflecting the wishes and goals of the client. Applicants must have experience of working within a supported living environment and previous experience of working with learning disabilities or behaviours that challenge. Pay is between £7.25 and £10.25 per hour and benefits include a company car and free NVQ training.

Staff are required to work a shift rotation with a team of 5 other carers to ensure that the client's last days are comfortable and well cared for and delivered in a delicate, person centred way. This position would suit someone that is compassionate, caring, organised and reliable. Staff must be used to lone working. Full training will be given, to include all aspects of personal care. Pay is between £7.25 and £10.25.

Personal Assistant: Personal Assistant required for night sleep duties in the Poole and Bournemouth area. Staff will be sleeping in client's own home and available to be woken if needed to support clients throughout the night. Clients may need support with toileting, medication or making comfortable. Hours will be from 22.00 - 07.00 Monday to Sunday, of which staff will be on a rota according to availability. Full or part time hours available. Pay is between £35 and £42 per night and full training will be given.

3 x Female Personal Assistants: 3 x Female Personal Assistants needed to complete a team of 16 in the Bournemouth area of Dorset for a supported living environment. Our client has a severe learning disability and needs 2-1 support at all times with all aspects of perseonal care, domestic duties and community access whilst encouraging independence, dignity and respect. Staff will be responsible for the client's safety and welfare, and must be alert at all times. The team leader will be on hand at all times if required to direct, intervene or supervise any support element. Previous experience of working with learning disabilities is preferable but not essential as full induction training will be given. Full and part time hours available. Based in Southampton, "J" requires support staff with a committed attitude and a good level of understanding of autism. Support staff would be required to assist "J" in day to day tasks, out in the community on a weekly basis, and with weekend respite once per calendar month. Female Personal Assistant: Our client is a young lady in her mid-twenties with some learning disabilities and who suffers from epileptic seizures. Her ideal P.A would be a female of similar age who can drive and who will share a love of theatre, shopping and the cinema. No personal care involved, this position will have flexible hours up to 35 hrs per week and a minimum pay rate of £7.25 /hr.
